Re:Config is a six-day collaborative deployment residency where Africa’s top technical and creative talent co-work to ship for the internet capital markets. Hosted by Web3PHC, this is not a traditional conference. We are shifting the ecosystem from writing experimental code to engineering Commercial Viability.
Because code is cheap and distribution is the product, we move past passive learning. By pairing developers with founders, designers, and creators in a deeply collaborative environment from Day 1, builders co-create and launch fully functional startups that command real-world liquidity.

Days 1–3 (Learning & Founder Sessions): Hands-on technical onboarding, startup building, and product strategy workshops led by protocol experts and founders.
Days 3–4 (Build Phase): Protected co-working time. Developers, designers, founders, and creators collaborate to create prototypes, validate concepts, and experiment with new technologies.
Day 5 (Demo Day): Teams showcase what they have built throughout the week. Projects are presented before mentors, ecosystem leaders, and community members for feedback and continued development.
The doors open to 2,000+ attendees for a high-energy global showcase. The Summit brings together the broader ecosystem for protocol keynotes, founder panels, live product demonstrations, and community exhibitions.
