Re:Config 2026 is a six-day gathering of founders, builders, creators, researchers, operators, and ecosystem leaders exploring the technologies shaping the future of the internet.
Hosted by Web3PHC, Re:Config is designed to move participants beyond passive learning and into active collaboration, experimentation, and execution. It brings together emerging talent, startup founders, technical builders, and industry leaders to explore the convergence of AI, blockchain, digital ownership, decentralized systems, and the next generation of global technology.
This is not a traditional conference.
It is an environment where ideas are challenged, products are built, partnerships are formed, and opportunities are created.
Over six days, participants will engage in workshops, founder discussions, technical sessions, collaborative building, project showcases, and ecosystem conversations focused on the technologies and business models shaping tomorrow.
Topics include:
Whether you are a founder, developer, creator, student, researcher, or operator, Re:Config provides an opportunity to learn from experienced builders while connecting with others working on ambitious ideas.
The first five days form the core builder experience.
Participants will take part in a structured program designed to help them learn, collaborate, and build alongside other high-potential founders and creators.
The week begins with hands-on workshops, technical sessions, and founder-led conversations covering modern development workflows, startup building, product strategy, and emerging technologies.
Builders will gain practical insights into how successful teams move from ideas to products while exploring opportunities across AI and Web3 ecosystems.
Participants form teams, refine ideas, and begin building.
Developers, designers, founders, creators, and operators collaborate to create prototypes, validate concepts, and experiment with new technologies while receiving support from mentors and ecosystem partners.
Teams showcase what they have built throughout the week.
Projects are presented before mentors, ecosystem leaders, and community members, providing builders with visibility, feedback, and opportunities for continued development.
Selected projects may receive further support through the broader Web3PHC ecosystem.
The final day opens the experience to the wider ecosystem.
The Summit brings together builders, founders, communities, students, creators, protocol teams, and technology enthusiasts for a full day of conversations, networking, demonstrations, and ecosystem showcases.
Attendees can expect:
The Summit serves as a showcase of the ideas, products, and collaborations that emerged throughout the week.
Re:Config is designed as both a physical and digital experience.
All major sessions, workshops, discussions, demos, and Summit activities will be professionally livestreamed, allowing participants from across Africa and beyond to engage with the event in real time.
This ensures the knowledge, conversations, and opportunities created during Re:Config extend far beyond the venue itself.
Re:Config is for:
Whether you're launching a startup, exploring new technologies, looking for collaborators, or simply trying to understand where the world is heading, Re:Config offers a space to learn, connect, and contribute.
Re:Config is not designed as a one-off experience.
Outstanding builders and projects continue through the Web3PHC ecosystem with access to mentorship, community support, visibility opportunities, ecosystem introductions, and future programs.
All educational content from the event will also be integrated into LB Academy, creating a growing library of resources that continue to support builders long after the event concludes.
