1. Introduction and Scope

Welcome to TicketDaddy Events!

These Terms of Service for TicketDaddy Events ("Events Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", or "your") and the TicketDaddy entity identified below ("TicketDaddy", "we", "us", or "our").

These Events Terms govern your access to and use of the parts of the TicketDaddy Platform that allow Members to publish, offer, search for, and purchase tickets for events ("Events").

The TicketDaddy entity you are contracting with for the use of TicketDaddy Events depends on your country of residence:

• If your country of residence is Rwanda or Uganda, you are contracting with Ticket Daddy Technologies Limited, a company incorporated under Rwandan law, with its principal place of business at Nyarugunga, Kicukiro, Umujyi wa Kigali, RWANDA.
• If your country of residence is outside the countries specifically listed above, you are contracting with TicketDaddy Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave STE 34226 Dover, DE 19904, USA. These Events Terms supplement the General Platform Terms of Use.

By using the Events feature, you agree to both these Events Terms and the General Platform Terms of Use.

2. Definitions

• Organizer means a Member who publishes or offers tickets for an Event ("Event Listing") on the Platform.
• Attendee means a Member who searches for, purchases, or uses a ticket for an Event.
• Ticket means a revocable license sold by an Organizer for an Attendee to attend a specific Event.
• Ticket Price means the price for a Ticket set by the Organizer, excluding TicketDaddy's fees and any applicable taxes.
• Transaction Fee means the fee charged by TicketDaddy to the Attendee for the use of the ticketing service, as described in Section 4.

3. Using TicketDaddy Events

3.1. Nature of Service

TicketDaddy Events is an online platform that provides ticketing services, enabling Organizers to sell tickets for their Events directly to Attendees. TicketDaddy is not the creator, organizer, promoter, or owner of the Events listed on the Platform, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

When you purchase a Ticket, you are entering into a contractual relationship directly with the Organizer for that Event. TicketDaddy acts as a limited agent for the Organizer solely for the purpose of processing ticket sales and payments.

3.2. Account Registration

You may be required to register a TicketDaddy account to purchase a Ticket. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and the security of your credentials.

3.3. Compliance

You agree to comply with these Events Terms and any additional terms and conditions imposed by the Organizer and the event venue, which may be available on the Event Listing page or at the venue.

4. Ticket Purchases, Fees, and Payments

4.1. Ticket Orders

To purchase a Ticket, you must provide valid payment information. By placing an order, you authorize TicketDaddy and its payment processing partners to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

4.2. Pricing and Fees

The total amount you pay for a ticket purchase will consist of the Ticket Price set by the Organizer, plus the TicketDaddy Transaction Fee.

The TicketDaddy Transaction Fee is 5% of the Ticket Price and is charged to you, the Attendee, for the use of our ticketing services. This fee is added to the Ticket Price at checkout.

All fees and the total price will be displayed to you at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

4.3. Payment Processing

TicketDaddy will ensure that all payment transactions are processed securely and in compliance with applicable financial regulations. Upon successful payment, an e-ticket will be issued to you immediately via the Platform and/or email.

5. Cancellations, Postponements, and Refunds

5.1. Refund Policies are Set by the Organizer

All ticket sales are subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the specific Event Organizer. TicketDaddy does not control the Organizer's refund policy. You should review the Organizer's policy, as displayed on the Event Listing page, before purchasing a Ticket.

5.2. Cancelled Events

If an Event is cancelled by the Organizer, you will typically be entitled to a refund of the Ticket Price from the Organizer. TicketDaddy will facilitate this refund process according to the Organizer's instructions and our agreements with them.

5.3. Postponed Events

If an Event is postponed to a new date, your Ticket will typically be valid for the rescheduled date. Refund policies for postponed events are determined by the Organizer.

5.4. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that the TicketDaddy Transaction Fee (the 5% fee you pay to us) is a fee for the use of our ticketing service, which is rendered at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the TicketDaddy Transaction Fee is non-refundable, even if an Event is cancelled or you are otherwise entitled to a refund of the Ticket Price from the Organizer.

6. Attendee Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk

6.1. Ticket Use

Your Ticket is a revocable license to attend the Event. You must comply with all venue rules and Organizer policies. Failure to do so may result in your removal from the Event without a refund. Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes, without the express written permission of the Organizer and/or TicketDaddy.

6.2. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the Event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event. You agree that the Organizer, venue, and TicketDaddy are not responsible or liable for any injuries, expenses, claims, or liabilities resulting from or related to such causes.

6.3. Search and Entry

You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the Event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise against the Organizer, venue, or TicketDaddy. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the Event without refund or other compensation.

7. Liability, Governing Law, and Other Provisions

7.1. Limitation of Liability

TicketDaddy's role is limited to providing the ticketing platform. We are not responsible for the production, quality, safety, or execution of the Event itself. Our liability to you is limited as set forth in the General Platform Terms of Use.

7.2. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Events Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws and resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures applicable to the TicketDaddy entity you are contracting with, as defined in Section 1 of these Events Terms and further detailed in the General Platform Terms of Use.

7.3. Relationship to Other Agreements

These Events Terms supplement the General Platform Terms of Use. In case of any conflict between these Events Terms and the Event Organizer Agreement regarding an Organizer's obligations, the Organizer Agreement shall prevail.
