• Travel package prices and transfer fees are set by providers and displayed clearly before booking
• Service fees and applicable taxes are added at checkout
• Payment is typically required in full at the time of booking
• Booking confirmations with pickup details and contact information are sent via email and SMS
• You must provide accurate passenger information and pickup locations

Cancellation policies vary by travel service type:

• Travel packages typically allow full refunds if cancelled 7+ days before departure
• Transfer services may allow free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before pickup time
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or no refunds
• If a travel service is cancelled by the provider, you will receive a full refund
• The specific cancellation policy is displayed on each travel service listing page

Travel Providers: Providers are responsible for delivering services as described, ensuring passenger safety, maintaining vehicles in good condition, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Travelers: Travelers are responsible for arriving on time at pickup locations, providing accurate information, and following provider instructions and safety guidelines.

TicketDaddy: We facilitate bookings but are not responsible for service delivery, provider actions, vehicle conditions, or passenger safety during travel beyond our control.

When booking and using travel services, you agree to:
