Terms and conditions for booking accommodations and properties on TicketDaddy Stays. Please review before making a reservation.
Introduction
This Stays Policy governs your use of TicketDaddy's accommodation booking services. By making a reservation through our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
TicketDaddy connects guests with property hosts, facilitating bookings but not acting as the property owner or operator. Each property listing is managed by an independent host.
Booking & Payment
When you book a property through TicketDaddy:
- Property prices are set by hosts and displayed clearly before booking
- Service fees and applicable taxes are added at checkout
- Payment is typically required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified
- Booking confirmations are sent immediately via email and SMS
- You must provide accurate guest information and comply with property occupancy limits
Cancellations & Refunds
Each property has a cancellation policy set by the host. Common policies include:
Flexible
Full refund if cancelled 1+ days before check-in
Moderate
Full refund if cancelled 5+ days before check-in
Strict
50% refund if cancelled 7+ days before check-in
Non-refundable
No refunds under any circumstances
The specific cancellation policy for each property is displayed on the property listing page. If a host cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund.
Liability & Responsibility
Hosts: Hosts are responsible for providing accurate property descriptions, maintaining properties in good condition, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Guests: Guests are responsible for treating properties with respect, following house rules, and reporting any issues promptly. Guests may be held liable for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
TicketDaddy: We facilitate bookings but are not responsible for property conditions, host actions, or disputes between hosts and guests beyond our control.
User Conduct
When using TicketDaddy Stays, you agree to:
- Provide accurate guest information and respect occupancy limits
- Follow all house rules and property guidelines
- Treat properties with respect and leave them in good condition
- Not use properties for unauthorized purposes or illegal activities
- Communicate respectfully with hosts and other guests
Modifications
TicketDaddy reserves the right to modify this Stays Policy at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our platform or via email.
Continued use of our services after policy modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
