Introduction

This Restaurants Policy governs your use of TicketDaddy's restaurant reservation services. By making a reservation through our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

TicketDaddy connects diners with restaurants, facilitating table reservations and dining bookings. Each restaurant operates independently and sets its own policies.

Booking & Payment

When you make a restaurant reservation through TicketDaddy:

  • Reservations are typically free to make, though some restaurants may require deposits or prepayment
  • Any required deposits or prepayments are clearly displayed before booking
  • Reservation confirmations are sent immediately via email and SMS
  • You must provide accurate guest count and special requests
  • Payment for meals is typically made directly at the restaurant

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by restaurant:

  • Most restaurants allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before your reservation time
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or loss of deposits
  • Some restaurants may charge cancellation fees for same-day cancellations
  • Prepaid meals or deposits are typically refundable if cancelled within the restaurant's policy timeframe
  • The specific cancellation policy is displayed on each restaurant listing page

Liability & Responsibility

Restaurants: Restaurants are responsible for honoring reservations, providing quality service, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards.

Diners: Diners are responsible for arriving on time, respecting restaurant policies, and providing accurate information about dietary restrictions or special requests.

TicketDaddy: We facilitate reservations but are not responsible for restaurant service quality, food quality, or restaurant actions beyond our control.

User Conduct

When making restaurant reservations, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate guest count and arrival time
  • Arrive on time or notify the restaurant if running late
  • Disclose dietary restrictions or allergies when making reservations
  • Respect restaurant dress codes and policies
  • Cancel reservations in a timely manner if unable to attend

Modifications

TicketDaddy reserves the right to modify this Restaurants Policy at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our platform or via email.

Continued use of our services after policy modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
