When you book an experience through TicketDaddy:

• Experience prices are set by providers and displayed clearly before booking
• Service fees and applicable taxes are added at checkout
• Payment is typically required in full at the time of booking
• Booking confirmations with meeting details are sent via email and SMS
• You must provide accurate participant information and comply with age restrictions or requirements

Cancellation policies vary by experience provider:

• Full refunds are typically available if cancelled 24-48 hours before the experience start time
• Partial refunds may be available for cancellations made closer to the experience date
• No-shows typically do not receive refunds
• If an experience is cancelled by the provider, you will receive a full refund
• The specific cancellation policy is displayed on each experience listing page

Experience Providers: Providers are responsible for delivering experiences as described, ensuring participant safety, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Participants: Participants are responsible for arriving on time, following provider instructions, and disclosing any health conditions or limitations that may affect their participation.

TicketDaddy: We facilitate bookings but are not responsible for experience delivery, provider actions, or participant safety during experiences beyond our control.

When booking and participating in experiences, you agree to:

• Provide accurate participant information and respect age restrictions
• Arrive on time and follow provider instructions
• Disclose any health conditions or limitations that may affect participation
• Treat providers, other participants, and equipment with respect
• Not engage in dangerous or disruptive behavior during experiences
