Events Policy

When you purchase tickets through TicketDaddy:

• All ticket prices are set by the event organizer and displayed clearly before purchase
• A transaction fee (typically 5% of ticket price) is added at checkout
• Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase
• Tickets are delivered electronically via email or SMS immediately after successful payment
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the event's cancellation policy

Refund policies are determined by each event organizer and may vary by event:

• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will typically receive a full refund of the ticket price
• Transaction fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law
• If an event is postponed, your ticket will typically be valid for the rescheduled date
• Refund requests must be submitted according to the organizer's policy, which is displayed on the event listing page
• TicketDaddy will facilitate refunds according to the organizer's instructions

Event Organizers: Organizers are responsible for the production, quality, safety, and execution of their events. They must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Attendees: By purchasing tickets, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event. You must comply with venue rules and organizer policies.

TicketDaddy: Our role is limited to providing the ticketing platform. We are not responsible for event production, venue conditions, or organizer actions beyond our control.

When using TicketDaddy's event ticketing services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when purchasing tickets
• Not resell, transfer, or use tickets for unauthorized purposes without permission
• Comply with all venue rules and organizer policies at events
• Not use tickets for advertising, promotions, or contests without express written permission
• Respect other attendees and event staff
